At Official e-Store DaburShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DaburShop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
